TERMS OF SERVICE

General
By ticking the checkbox for the age verification and ‘Terms of Service’ during the registration process, the User acknowledges that he/she has fully read and understood Breddas’ User Agreement in its entirety without reservation and is bound by it. As such, the User Agreement constitutes a binding legal document between the user and Breddas Inc. This agreement will govern the use of our gaming services.

1. Players must be at least 21 years of age to play on Breddas’ platforms & website

2. Breddas reserves the right to void any transactions of players who are:

  • Persons under twenty-one (21) years of age
  • Government officials or any of its agencies and their immediate relatives
  • Members of the Armed Forces of the Philippines and the Philippine National Police
  • PAGCOR Gaming Employment License (GEL) holders directly or indirectly involved in gaming operations
  • Persons included in the PAGCOR National Database of Restricted Persons (NDRP)

3. Breddas accepts bets from players within the Philippines. All bets accepted by Breddas are subject to the terms and conditions.
4. Breddas reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. All updates will show the version number and validity start date.
5. It is the responsibility of the players to ensure compliance with registration with Breddas.
6. Breddas’ Games reserves the right to change any of the rules anytime without prior notice.
7. We shall treat any breach of these Terms and Conditions as a violation and we reserve the right to take legal action.
